met love at her place to fetch her out for ajisen dinner and jessy's bday planning at TBP. caught up with jessy and her sister at coffee bean before leaving for her place as it was more comfortable and we could take a look at the apartment's layout. QUITE SQUEEZY MAN! but i think it'll work.

woke up at 3pm. was in desperate need of rest, and i still am!

body clock's screwed up and i want to put in a good last few weeks at uncle bobby's office.

talking about jobs, met maven (my mentor) at villa bali just now in OUR ISLAND BAR.

miss the nights we play our own rock music when it was not so packed and snack on chef's popcorn chicken all night.

may enquire more about a butter factory job as he's a friend of the manager there, so stay tuned! if the pays good, why not. cocktails take up too much time, let's do some real builds.




spent the rest of the afternoon setting up mum's new HP DV-4 laptop in the office. had to make sure everything's installed, updated and working fine before i could leave as uncle alvin threatened me with the jaguar, but it's worth it - i help you, you help me. met love to get my hard disk for some software on the laptop.

dinner at wasabi tei was good - as usual. the queue was quick as love had arrived slightly earlier (: ordered the usual as well. cod fish x unagi x salmon sashimi. sashimi was extra nice today, but the cod serving seemed to shrink by a fair margin, maybe uncle's feeling the pinch from the economic crisis.

hopped over to novena for UDDERS ice cream. ordered a double of HAZELNUT & COOKIESnCREAM, kinda disappointed in the C&C (the sampler spoon tasted nice!). HAZELNUT was very very very nice, extremely smooth chocolate and love the jelly like texture!

with our bloated tummies, we cruised over to mcdonald's @ ridout (another usual) and caught the last episode of grey's anatomy. great episode. excellent balance of humour, drama and thrill. WARNING : don't expose yourselves to spoilers! left love's bag on the seat at mac and drove off all the way back to my home before realizing it was missing! but rushed back and got it, thankfully!

expert review of transformers. abit of a windy storyline but there was good humour throughout, noticed that there was much more comedy than in the first instalment. optimus prime looks cooler than ever. megan fox is as hot as ever. especially in the first scene where she's on the bike. (i'm still salivating now) action was good, soundtrack was rock-y as usual and the addition of green day was great. vignesh has finally found a competitor in shia lebouf - LOL. and oon has met his match with the introduction of the egyptian midget.

damn shagged now after 2 hours of sending the guys home. SLEEP. WORK. GYM. and i'm officially off the probation plate. whoo! damn you roadblocks.

first couple of weeks has been going great. but i still feel no different from when i first laid hands on it, skills wise. very dependent on the Full Auto/Creative Auto modes. anxious to try out my 50mm lens :D
